As you start to head out on your own, one thing that is a source of great inspiration as well as frustration is how to discover your own path in life.

  1. Reflect on your interests and passions: Take some time to think about what activities make you happy and what topics you enjoy learning about. This can give you clues about what kind of path you want to pursue

  2. Assess your skills and strengths: Think about what you are good at and what comes naturally to you. This can help you identify potential career paths or hobbies that align with your abilities

  3. Consider your values: Your values are the principles and beliefs that guide your decisions and behavior. Think about what is important to you, such as family, honesty, or creativity, and how you can incorporate these values into your path

  4. Seek inspiration from others: Talk to people who have pursued paths that interest you, read biographies or autobiographies of successful people, or attend events related to your interests. This can give you new ideas and insights

  5. Be open to new experiences: Sometimes discovering your path requires trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone. Be open to new experiences and don't be afraid to take risks

This is always a great subject to discuss with your life coach. There are many exercises and questions we can ask and do together to begin to build your own path.
